This story takes a look at some of the chatrooms and sites these cappers use and talks about a few girls who regretted showing on cam and the heroes that are are trying to help.

Cappers seem to look over and ignore this time and time again that what they're doing is illegal,why?

1- the girls they pick are always underage(anyone over 18 is "too old")and plan out ideas how to get them to show and they even help each other and come up with guides and stuff which is where the manipulation part comes from because you know they just don't go into rooms yelling "show your tits" and that's gonna work they have to come up with ways to do it and know exactly how to lie to the girls

2 - they record the underage girls stripping and they aren't satisfied with just seeing their tits they always want more so if they have a chance to work over the same girl to masturbate they will do it to to add to their collection

3 - they collect,trade,share the videos of underage girls and judge each other by who has the most/the best caps and who can get more girls naked the best and how often they can do it

What they call "Jail bait" the law calls "Child Porn" and they may see a difference but the law sure don't,there is a reason for sites like Cam4

It's not exactly true that it's never the girls fault because some of them do it knowing the consequences and show regardless without caring,in which case they are the "sluts"(w00t,coutney).It still doesn't make it any more legal unless they are 18+ (charmander) but still how many of those girls do it without being asked or told to?A lot of the blame can go to the parents as well though a lot of the times the girls just go behind their parents backs and do this.So it's a mix.
